Reflections on Pride Month: Building Community, Creating Awareness, and a Signed World Cup Soccer Ball!

Pride Month was an incredible opportunity for QNEST to connect with our community and raise awareness about the urgent need for safe, affirming housing for LGBTQIA+ youth.

Throughout June, our volunteers tabled at multiple events across the Greater Boston area, meeting thousands of people, sharing our mission, answering questions, and connecting with individuals who want to help make our first home a reality. Every conversation helped spread awareness about the challenges LGBTQIA+ youth face when they experience family rejection and homelessness.

One of the highlights of the month was participating in the Guinness World Records event celebrating Boston’s largest soccer ball. We were honored to receive a FIFA soccer ball signed by the Guinness World Record official who certified the record.

To celebrate Pride Month and support our mission, we’re now raffling this one-of-a-kind signed soccer ball. Every donation enters you for a chance to win while helping QNEST create safe, supportive homes where LGBTQIA+ youth can thrive.
